Quick morning booster shots.


Daily ritual for wellness.

1 Lemon peeled

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp raw honey

a pinch of cayenne pepper

a pinch of ground cinnamon.

Did you know; Apple cider vinegar has amazing healing qualities. Make sure you buy the one that contains the "mother". It helps to settle your stomach and has loads of friendly bacteria , enzymes and proteins.


Immune Booster, clearing out the sniffles. (super alkaline and detoxifying)

2 Celery sticks

half a lemon peeled

a small piece of fresh peeled root ginger

a pinch of cayenne pepper

Juice ingredients and serve straight up, or add warm or cold water.


Yoga Shot.

Small knob of fresh root ginger, peeled

2.5cm of fresh root turmeric peeled

half a lemon peeled

1 tsp of coconut sugar

a pinch of Himalayan salt

a pinch of ground cinnamon

a pinch of ground cardamon

a pinch of black pepper

Juice ingredients and serve straight up, or add 300ml warm or cold water.


Recipe for "elimination broth"

Two cups of celery

Two cups of carrots

One cup of spinach

Half cup of parsley

And 250ml water and simmer for 15 - 20 minutes, blend and serve hot.
