How to dry brush:
start with the soles of the feet, use swift upward strokes and work up from your feet, up the legs, working towards the heart
move in long sweeping motions towards the heart
work your way up your body, from your palms up your arms towards your heart
work your abdomen, moving in a clockwise direction following the movement of the colon.
brush each area at least six times.
Tips;
use a natural bristle brush, please avoid synthetic and nylon brushes as they can damage the skin
its best to dry brush before your morning shower,
