Dry brushing, in 5 minutes...

Why dry brush you ask?

  • removes dead layers of skin

  • stimulates and increase circulation

  • rejuvenates your cells

  • improves the texture and tone of your skin

  • releases toxins under your skin

  • reduces the appearance of cellulite

  • stress relief

  • stimulates normal lymph flow within the body and helps the body detoxify itself naturally

How to dry brush:

  • start with the soles of the feet, use swift upward strokes and work up from your feet, up the legs, working towards the heart

  • move in long sweeping motions towards the heart

  • work your way up your body, from your palms up your arms towards your heart

  • work your abdomen, moving in a clockwise direction following the movement of the colon.

  • brush each area at least six times.

Tips;

  • use a natural bristle brush, please avoid synthetic and nylon brushes as they can damage the skin

  • its best to dry brush before your morning shower,

  • a wonderful way stimulate the nervous system and increase energy. (avoid dry brushing at night)

  • keep separate brushes per family members and remember to periodically wash it.

  • use a light touch with little to no pressure
